Academic Support Times
During the first week of class, from 7am-7pm 7 days a week I will attempt to provide 2 hour response.
Rest of semester, scheduled online support hours are Mon-Fri 10:50-11:15am, Mon-Fri 7:00-7:20pm and Sat 7:00-7:25pm. Expect me to respond to all communications within 24 hours on business days. However, should you need to reach me right away, you may call or text me on my cell phone. My cell phone number is available in your Canvas courses under People and then Greg Swan. Currently, my schedule is online, so academic support options are in line with that modality. Virtual Support includes Canvas messages, chat, text messages, phone calls, Facetime and Skype, depending on what is most useful and effective. Canvas messages are preferred. I am typically available from 7am-8pm 7 days a week, unless I have a meeting.
